Nigerian media personality and actor, Uti Nwachukwu, has expressed his displeasure over Ghanaian Tiktoker, Wesley Kess, for allegedly stealing his birthday photo concept. Last year, in 2022, Uti celebrated his 40th birthday with captivating photos while showcasing his achievements. He was captured wearing a plain white cloth and a white headgear with a ring while light gave the image a glorious look.

Recently, Wesley Kess shared a photo on his Instagram page with the same photo concept, which Uti claims was the brainchild of his photographer, @idaraadiakpan_ /@sbdstudios_. Uti alleges that the Tiktoker stole the concept and failed to give credit.

Taking to his Instagram page, Uti expressed his disappointment over the situation, calling out Wesley Kess for intellectual property theft. He also stated that it was disrespectful to his photographer and her life’s work. He further stated that he would support her if she decides to sue Wesley Kess and his team for the alleged theft.
